Thank you to everyone who has already secured their ticket to the banquet! We are excited to bring you three special guests on the evening of October 11th.

If you are thinking about joining us, don’t wait! Individual tickets and tables must be purchased by Wednesday, October 1st, so that we can provide our count to the venue. 

Your participation in our biggest fundraiser of the year helps us reach more voters. In return, we offer you a night of fellowship and fun, along with a promise to do our best to turn out the vote.

You may drop off a personal check with the ticket form to our office on Wednesday between 10 am and 1 pm or 7 and 8:30 pm or pay by credit card on Act Blue. 

Our silent auction always brings out the competitive nature of our banquet attendees. This year, we are planning three large baskets. Please consider donate an item within your means.

• Lotta Fun needs your lottery ticket donations. We’ll display your contributions in a lovely picture frame that the winning bidder gets to keep. We’re hoping for a variety of large and small tickets that will fetch a generous auction price! 
• For Gift Card Extravaganza, we’re asking for donations of gift cards from Beaver County businesses and restaurants. We want to show support for local small business owners from across the county, especially minority and immigrant-owned businesses, but any and all donations are welcome!
• Booze Ensemble and Cooler has been adopted by a generous donor, so get ready to compete for it on the night of the banquet!

John (above left) is a patrolman for the Rochester Police Department. He has a record of service in the Beaver County community and a desire to protect it with fairness, compassion, and honesty.

October 28, 2025 – Last day to apply for a mail-in ballot or vote early in-person

November 4, 2025 – Election Day. Last day to vote in the General election or deliver your mail ballot to the Courthouse. Your poll is open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
