Beaver County Judge George “Tookie” James, former Beaver Falls Chief of Police Charles Jones, and former Democratic Beaver County Commissioner Joe Spanik will be honored by the NAACP at their banquet on November 5, 2016 at the Club at Shadow Lakes.
