There has been a lot of talk on social media this week about gun control. Democratic candidate Katie McGinty voiced her feeling on the issue yesterday in Philadelphia along with activists for LGBT and gun control issues. She is a strong supporter of legislation that would make it illegal for anyone who has been convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime to purchase a firearm, while her opponent has a record of voting against any form of gun control legislation.
