State Representatives Rob Matzie and Jaret Gibbons spent this past Friday afternoon attending a public hearing to discuss the heroin/opioid epidemic in Pennsylvania.

The purpose of the hearing was to discuss different ways of gathering information about drug use in Pennsylvania, as well as possible changes to existing laws and regulations that might make fighting this epidemic more successful.

Like many Pennsylvania residents, Gibbons believes that we are losing far too many young people to drug addiction.
