Tuesday, November 3rd is Election Day!

Questions or Issues? Call PA Dems Voter Assistance at 1-833-PA-VOTES(833-728-6837)

The Ballot
On Tuesday, every Beaver County ballot will show at least three races. BCDC has endorsed a candidate in each of those three races.
  • Governor and Lieutenant Governor – Josh Shapiro and Austin Davis, BCDC endorsed candidates
  • Representative in Congress – Chris Deluzio (above), BCDC endorsed candidate
  • Representative in the General Assembly for your State House District. See below for endorsements.

** If you live in Frankfort Springs, Hanover, or Independence your ballot will also include the race for 46th State Senate District between Independent Jodi Borello and Republican Camera Bartolotta. The Beaver County Democrats made no endorsement in that race.

If you live in the 14th District, which includes Beaver Falls, Big Beaver, Bridgewater, Chippewa, Darlington Boro or Twp, Daugherty, Eastvale, Economy, Ellwood City (Beaver Co. portion), Fallston, Franklin, Homewood, Koppel, Marion, New Brighton, New Galiee, New Sewickley, North Sewickley, Patterson or Patterson Hts, Pulaski, West Mayfield, White Twp, Jake Young (above) is the BCDC endorsed candidate.

If you live in the 15th District which includes Beaver, Brighton Twp, Frankfort Springs, Georgetown, Glasgow, Greene Twp, Hanover, Hookstown, Independence, Industry, Midland, Ohioville, Potter, Raccoon, Shippingport, South Beaver, Vanport, and parts of Washington County, Sydney Speicher (above) is the BCDC endorsed candidate.

Still Time to Help
Sign up to canvass. Come to the office at 426 Adams Street to pick up a walk list and knock on the doors of voters friendly to our Democratic candidates.

Call or text Sheila at 724-601-2267 if you can greet voters at the polls.

Virtual training for poll greeters will be held tonight, Thursday, October 29th at 7 pm. Rob Matzie’s campaign manager Olivia is hosting. RSVP for the Zoom link.
Vote by Mail?
Did you request or mail your ballot, but haven’t received an email? Check the status.

If you don’t receive your requested ballot by Election Day or the status link above doesn’t show delivery to the Courthouse, you are legally entitled to fill out a provisional ballot at the polls.

Still need to fill out your ballot and return it? It must be RECEIVED at the Courthouse, not just postmarked, by Election Day, so it is TOO LATE to put it in the MAIL.

🫵Only you or your 🙋designated agent can drop off your ballot at the Board of Elections at the 🏛️ Beaver County Courthouse on 810 3rd Street in Beaver. If you wait until Tuesday, the front entrance may be closed. Go to the door off of the parking lot at the back of the building. There is an accessible entrance in the back near the parking for disabled visitors.

Follow these instructions to complete your mail ballot.

✍️Use blue or black ink to fill in the ovals, including the ovals next to any write-ins.

📩 Place the ballot in the yellow envelope labeled Official Election Ballot.

❌ DON’T make any marks on this envelope. (Test your pen on something else.)

💌 Seal the yellow envelope and place it in the return envelope with YOUR NAME on the back. Don’t sign the envelope that belongs to another member of your household!

✍️ Seal, sign, and add the date on the outside of the envelope. Return the ballot to the Courthouse.

🗳️ If you received a mail-in ballot but want to vote at the polls, take your ballot and envelopes with you. They will be destroyed, and you will vote using a regular ballot.
Voting at the Polls?

Find your polling place here. Polls are open from 7 am to 8 pm.

If you live in Beaver Ward 1 and normally vote at the Municipal Building, you will vote at the old Pool House by the High School this year.

1st Time Voting? New Polling Place?

If you are a first-time voter or voting at a new polling place, be prepared to show an accepted form of ID.

Learn about the voting system used in Beaver County here.

Issues?

If you are told that you cannot vote using a regular ballot for any reason (not registered, wrong polling place, requested a mail ballot, etc.), you are legally entitled to request and receive a provisional ballot.

If you have an accessibility issue, learn more about available accommodations here.

If you experience problems with the above or witness voter intimidation or other issues, ask to speak to the Judge of Elections in charge of the polling place. If the issue isn’t resolved, call the PA Dems Voter Assistance at 1-833-PA-VOTES (728-6837). Then, call our Chair, Erin Kelley at 724-312-6566.

Emergency Absentee Ballot

If you have an illness, emergency, or last-minute, unexpected absence from your municipality, you can request an emergency absentee ballot.
