Big news for any Pennsylvanian over the age of 21: Liquor reform is finally here. Governor Tom Wolf will sign the bill at 4 pm today which will enact this piece of legislation that was passed yesterday. The law will go into effect within the next couple of months. The bill will allow grocery stores to sell customers up to four bottles of wine, allows restaurants and hotels to sell up to four bottles of wine for take-out, and removes Sunday restrictions on liquor store hours, along with state-mandated holidays. These improvements will no doubt enhance the customer experience across the Commonwealth.
