State Representative Jaret Gibbons was in Ellwood City on Saturday morning where he attended their Relay for Life event with Mayor Anthony Court. Gibbons stated on his Facebook page that it was an honor to participate in the opening ceremonies remembering those who have lost their battle with cancer like his father, Ralph Gibbons, Jr.
