About the Chairman, Stephen Dupree
Stephen Dupree is a graduate of Center High School and Penn State University. He currently resides in Hopewell Township with his wife, Christina Dupree, and their four children. In his community, he has been an adult leader in the Boy Scouts Troop 486, and the Treasurer and President of the Hopewell Youth Football League. He has been a soccer and football coach. He served as a deacon and a Sunday school teacher at the First Baptist Church in Rochester. Stephen works for McKesson Pharmacy Automation Services, as an EDI Business Analyst.
He has been a member of the Beaver County Democratic Committee for 7 years representing Hopewell, but has been involved in politics on various campaigns, and different communities since working on the Bill Clinton’s campaign in 1992. In the early and middle 2000’s, Stephen served as the President of the Beaver County Young Democrats. Stephen also served as the Southwest Regional Director for the Pennsylvania Young Democrats focusing on recruitment and training of future candidates and committee people. Recently Stephen has helped to reignite the passions of the Young Democrats as a mentor as the re-chartered the organization and elected officers.
